ECTS AT THE PAN-EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY
European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) is a learner-centered system for credit accumulation and transfer based on the transparency of learning outcomes and learning processes. It aims to facilitate planning, delivery, evaluation, recognition and validation of qualifications and units of learning as well as student mobility. ECTS is widely used in formal higher education and can be applied to other lifelong learning activities.
The University College of Business with the University of Business and Law decided to merge and become a single university. This doubles the experience, the choice of study programs and the number of academic professionals. These colleges will become the faculties of the university and are ready to welcome new students. The newly established Pan-European University is now one of the largest private universities in the Czech Republic. It has the widest selection of study programs offering bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees.
